For nearly 45 years, Chlorophylle products have been guaranteed to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If a product has a manufacturing defect and fails to perform its main functions, the warranty department will, at its sole discretion, determine whether to repair or replace it at no cost.
A manufacturing defect involves seams, sewing tapes, and tailoring. Materials consist of zippers, accessories, and fabrics. Our warranty does not cover products damaged due to accidents (e.g., tears, abrasion, UV degradation), improper care, incorrect use, alterations, or neglect.
Proof of purchase must be provided at all times to benefit from the warranty, and coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product.
Items with a discount of 60% or more, or marked as Final Sale, are not covered by our warranty.
We offer a 2-year warranty on the electrical components of Solis products. This includes the charger, the batteries, the heating wires inside the clothes, and the ignition button.
Chlorophylle products are designed and manufactured to withstand many seasons. However, their actual lifespan depends on how they are used, cared for and maintained. Over time, after several washes and uses, it is normal for a product to deteriorate, for its technical characteristics to become less effective or for its colors to lose their brilliance.
We guarantee our products until we consider them at the end of their useful life, worn out or beyond repair. Of course, wear and tear depends on each user's usage, which is why we can't give a fixed duration to the life of a garment. It may be time to replace your garment, and we hope to be able to continue offering you the best garment for you.
Due to more frequent use, ready-to-wear garments are guaranteed for 6 months following the initial owner's purchase. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects, buttons, seams, and zippers.
Items with a discount of 60% or more, or marked as Final Sale, are not covered by our warranty.

For any request or information concerning the warranty or repair of a product, you must fill out our form with as much detail as possible about the nature of the problem.
The warranty applies only to the original owner of the garment. Proof of purchase is required.

Our goal at Chlorophylle is for customers to feel good about our apparel and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would be glad to refund eligible merchandise that has not been washed, worn, or damaged or that shows any construction defect within 15 days* following the date of receipt of your order.
* For purchases made on or after November 7, 2024, returns are possible until January 6, 2025, both online and in-store.
Chlorophylle offers new, quality goods in mint condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. Merchandise must not have been used, and labels and packaging must remain in place.
To be considered new, a product must be clean, odor-free, and without pet hair. Just as customers can try on a coat in-store and decide to leave it on the hanger, you can return clothing if it was only tried on. However, please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

You can return your items to a Chlorophylle boutique.
If you wish to return an item by mail, you must create a return request. Log in to your account by clicking on My Account. If your order was placed without using an account, you can also use Find an Order.
Before requesting a return, please make sure all items in the order have been received. Only one free return label will be provided per order.
When you have found your order #, click on it and then on Create a Return Request.
You will be able to select the eligible items to return and print the return label that will be created. A QR code can be presented from your phone at the Canada Post office if you do not have a printer.
In the case of an exchange, you must make a return by following the instructions mentioned above and placing a new order online or visiting one of our Chlorophylle stores.

Chlorophylle will refund merchandise once the return is approved. You will then be prompted to place a new order for the product that will meet your needs.
Once your package is received in our office, we do our best to process the returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these times may be longer. Please note that these times do not include shipping to and from our facility.
